Using light, rolling movements across soft tissue, I help prompt your body’s own healing responses through the nervous system. The effects continue to unfold for several days, gently rebalancing and integrating throughout your system.

The Treatment Experience

We’ll begin with a chat about your health and areas of tension, followed by a light assessment to identify imbalance.

Bowen Moves

I’ll perform gentle cross-fibre rolling movements to stimulate the nerves and release tension through soft tissue.
